Abstract:
Welcome to the ProXL demo project! You are accessing this project through the Public Access feature of ProXL, so not all options are available. Under "Explore Data", you may view sample protein cross-linking data generated by disparate software pipelines, including Kojak, Crux (search-for-xlinks), pLink, StavroX, and XQuest.
